1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

1.3 Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within the specified time period
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Not have used the service in a way that would make a refund inappropriate

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based charges (API calls, SMS, voice minutes) that have already been consumed
  • One-time setup fees or implementation services
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Third-party service fees (Twilio, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than the refund period
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  4. Wait for our team to review and process your request

We typically respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available according to the terms outlined in Section 1.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
  • Provide evidence of service delivery and terms acceptance

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Service Outages

If our Service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 hours) due to our fault, we may offer account credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any billing errors.

6.3 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon verification.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
