Twilio Setup

Step 1: Get Twilio Credentials

1. Sign up for a Twilio account
2. Go to your Twilio Console Dashboard
3. Copy your Account SID and Auth Token
4. Purchase a phone number in Twilio

Step 2: Configure in Dashboard

1. Go to Settings → Twilio Phone Numbers
2. Click Add Twilio Credentials
3. Enter your Account SID and Auth Token
4. Select your phone number from the dropdown
5. Save your settings

Step 3: Configure Webhook in Twilio

1. Go to Twilio Console → Phone Numbers → Manage → Active Numbers
2. Click on your phone number
3. Scroll to "Voice & Fax" section
4. Set "A CALL COMES IN" webhook URL to:

Set HTTP method to POST and save.

Step 4: Test Your Setup

Call your Twilio phone number. You should hear your AI agent respond using the configuration from your dashboard.
