Widget Customization

Customize your chat widget to match your brand

Appearance Settings

Access customization options in your dashboard under Settings → Widget Customization:

  • Widget Position: Choose where the widget appears (bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right, top-left)
  • Primary Color: Main accent color for buttons and highlights
  • Background Color: Chat window background color
  • Text Color: Text color in the chat window
  • Welcome Message: First message shown when widget opens

Business Hours

Configure when your AI agent is available. Outside business hours, customers will see a message indicating when you'll be back.

Advanced Settings

In Settings → Advanced Settings, you can also configure:

  • Custom CSS for additional styling
  • Custom JavaScript for enhanced functionality
  • Tracking codes (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Form submission endpoints
