Appearance Settings
Access customization options in your dashboard under Settings → Widget Customization:
- Widget Position: Choose where the widget appears (bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right, top-left)
- Primary Color: Main accent color for buttons and highlights
- Background Color: Chat window background color
- Text Color: Text color in the chat window
- Welcome Message: First message shown when widget opens
Business Hours
Configure when your AI agent is available. Outside business hours, customers will see a message indicating when you'll be back.
Advanced Settings
In Settings → Advanced Settings, you can also configure:
- Custom CSS for additional styling
- Custom JavaScript for enhanced functionality
- Tracking codes (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Form submission endpoints
