1. Access Your Dashboard
After signing up and completing payment, you'll be redirected to your dashboard. This is where you'll configure your AI agent.
2. Add Your Business Information
Go to Settings → Account and fill in:
- Business name
- Business type
- Contact information
- Website URL
3. Configure API Keys
In Settings → API Integrations, add your:
- OpenAI API Key - Required for AI responses (or use DeepSeek as alternative)
- Twilio Credentials - Optional, for voice AI features
- ElevenLabs API Key - Optional, for voice cloning
4. Build Your Knowledge Base
Go to Knowledge Base and add information about your business:
- Products and services
- Frequently asked questions
- Business policies
- Operating hours and location
You can add content manually, upload files, or scrape URLs. The AI will use this information to answer customer questions accurately.
5. Customize Your Widget
In Settings → Widget Customization, you can:
- Choose widget position (bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right, top-left)
- Customize colors to match your brand
- Set a welcome message
- Configure business hours
6. Set Up Features (Optional)
Appointment Scheduling
Configure your services, availability, and time zones. The AI can automatically book appointments for customers.
Voice AI
Connect your Twilio phone number to enable voice conversations with customers.
